Terms and Conditions NKCUCI — Platform Rules You Need to Know

1. Account Eligibility

To register and use NKCUCI's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Reside in a jurisdiction that permits online gaming.
• Register as an individual — corporate or joint accounts are not permitted.
• Have not been previously suspended or banned from the nkcuci platform.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period or self-imposed limits applied through your account.

Nkcuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend accounts until verification is received. If a minor successfully registers, all deposits and winnings during that period will be forfeited and the account terminated immediately.

2. Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. NKCUCI carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Required KYC Documents

• Copy of Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• Selfie holding your identity card (required for first withdrawals exceeding RM1,000).
• Recent bank statement (within 3 months) if required by the compliance team.

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active NKCUCI account. Opening a second account or registering under another person's identity is a serious violation that will result in permanent freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins without compensation.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold or shared with third parties. nkcuci is not responsible for any loss arising from account sharing by users.

3. Deposit & Payment

NKCUCI accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysia payment methods, including bank transfer, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit Limits and Conditions

• Minimum deposit is RM30 for all payment methods.
• Maximum daily deposit depends on your account VIP tier.
• All deposits must come from an account or wallet in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits received but unmatched with your payment record may require additional verification.

No Refunds

All deposits successfully processed into your NKCUCI account are final and non-refundable, except in cases of verified technical errors confirmed by our finance team. If you notice an unauthorised deposit, contact the support team within 24 hours.

4. Withdrawal of Winnings

NKCUCI is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the promised timeframe. The following withdrawal terms and policies apply to all accounts.

Withdrawal Terms

• KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• All active bonus rollover requirements must be met before withdrawing from the bonus balance.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or wallet in your own name — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Daily withdrawal limit: RM10,000 (Bronze), RM50,000 (Silver), RM200,000 (Platinum).

Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. During peak hours or for amounts exceeding certain thresholds, additional review may be required, which can take up to 2 hours. If a withdrawal exceeds 4 hours with no communication, please contact our 24/7 customer support.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

All bonuses and promotions offered by NKCUCI are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through according to the specified rollover requirement.
• Standard rollover requirement is between 15x to 30x depending on bonus type.
• Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements — check the game contribution table on the promotions page.
• Certain games (such as select progressive jackpots) may be excluded entirely from rollover calculations.

Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

NKCUCI uses an automated detection system to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered abuse include registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, arbitrage betting designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, and sharing account credentials for joint bonus claiming.

6. Game Rules

All games at NKCUCI are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules. The following general principles apply.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical errors verifiable through system logs.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game round, NKCUCI will resolve the round based on server records — not screenshots or verbal claims.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Progressive jackpots displayed are real-time estimates and may vary slightly from the actual amount at the time of verification.

7. Acceptable User Conduct

NKCUCI users are expected to conduct themselves ethically and with respect for other users and platform staff. The following behaviour is prohibited and may result in account suspension:

8. Account Security

NKCUCI is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from security negligence on the user's own part.

9. Liability Limits

NKCUCI provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. To the extent permitted by law:

• NKCUCI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• NKCUCI's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• Valid game results cannot be challenged on grounds of bad luck or perceived unfairness.

10. Responsible Gaming

NKCUCI takes its social responsibility seriously and provides a range of tools to help players stay in control. All of the following tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately once set:

11. Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Nkcuci reserves the right to modify, amend or replace any part of this document at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via:

• Notice in the user's account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• Email notification to the address registered in your account.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in NKCUCI's registered jurisdiction. Any disputes arising will be resolved through binding arbitration before court proceedings may be initiated.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. No waiver or concession granted by NKCUCI regarding any breach shall be construed as a waiver of the same or similar breach in the future.
